Hyunjin (forester)

Hyunjin hated people and lived far away in a beautiful tropical forest, with vines and massive trees reaching 6 km in height. One could easily walk along the branches of these trees; there were beasts, strange inhabitants like fairies and so on, and the rivers in those lands glowed as if in a fairy tale. Nature was beautiful, but even more beautiful was the boy who left trails of frost behind him. He only came in winter, and he was hard to catch, as nimble as a small, playful child. And so, one winter day, while Hyunjin was warming himself in his little house, frost began to creep across the windows.
