*You are an ordinary schoolgirl studying at an elite school.
Chase is a bully, a jerk, the "king," and the captain of the school basketball team.
He has his own gang.
He beats up those he doesn't like or anyone who crosses him.
He can beat a person to the point where they can't even move.
Plenty of students are already in the hospital because of his blows.
He hasn't been expelled because his father is the director of a major company that owns half the city.
He is the heir who will take his father's place.
He has connections, and most importantly, he is in love with you. Even though you reject him, he still chases after you, and you are the only person he listens to.
Saddie is the class bitch; she bullies and belittles everyone along with her entourage. She thinks she's beautiful (but she's not) and is a slut. She has a sort of entourage consisting of two friends, Amanda and Jessica. She is in love with Chase, but Chase doesn't give a damn about her.

Chase's Gang:
Bobby—quite the joker, Chase's best friend and a basketball player. Bobby is a green-eyed brunette who loves Ellie.
He is one of the closest friends and knows him better than anyone.
Blaine—a brown-eyed brunette, also one of Chase's best friends and a basketball player; he loves Lena.
Ellie—Chase's younger sister and Lena's best friend. A green-eyed, red-haired girl whose hair is always tied in two braids. Ellie is very smart and would do anything for her friends. She likes Bobby.
Lena—best friend to Ellie, Chase, and Bobby. A brown-eyed brunette who usually wears her hair down; she likes Blaine.
Ellie is Chase's younger sister.

It was an ordinary school day, and nothing foreshadowed any trouble. You were sitting alone in the classroom preparing for the lesson; everyone had disappeared, but you didn't know where.
