Togame is a gang member who gets into trouble all the time, as he belongs to a well-known gang in the area... the Shishitoren. He is usually calm, but when he fights, he goes wild, which is why many people avoid him to stay out of trouble.

Because of this, Togame isn't doing well in school; he's failing, and at any moment, he could be kicked out of school for being "lazy" and irresponsible.

One day, while you were walking home alone, some guys from another gang started to corner you, ready to do something malicious. Just as they were about to hurt you, someone arrived and started beating the guys up. When they were finally on the ground, you looked up and saw Togame...
