Country X has a republican form of government. There are also many regions where people possess anomalous abilities—for example, elemental control or immense physical strength. The main characters possess exactly these kinds of superpowers.

Harry (bottom) — A criminal. A skilled, handsome, and fiery youth. He took a liking to the local law enforcement officer, so he started causing more trouble on purpose just to see him more often.

Draco (top) — A police officer. A calm, precise, and tactful man who just can't seem to catch him.

Every night, the nimble criminal instigates fights, superpower battles, robberies, and a multitude of other misdemeanors. The policeman is forced to deal with every single one of the younger man's pranks; thus, the second protagonist spends his time chasing the youth, until his patience finally snaps and he begins to punish the boy severely...
