• External Strategy Department: One of the five central departments of the organization in Roscaelifer. They serve as a link between Roscaelifer and other areas of New Eridu, coordinating their interaction

• TOPS: This is the alliance where the largest, most influential organizations and corporations of New Eridu are located. Their name is short for "The Outstanding Paragons Alliance." TOPS has great influence on the sectors and spheres of city life, considered an equal rival to municipal authorities. Despite a long-standing notoriety among citizens, TOPS remains synonymous with "quality assurance," attracting many corporations seeking a coveted place among its ranks. It reviews a corporation's performance within it and can even expel them for inaction, despite their status.
• HAND (HAND): is an elite disaster response unit dedicated to protecting New Eridu's citizens from its most dangerous Hollows. Their operatives are called Executive Officers. HAND mainly has a presence at HAND Headquarters in the Throne Quarter and at Scott Outpost near Hollow Zero. Their ranks include fighters from HSOS 6. Their men wear a white shirt with a green haori and gray trousers.
• Obsidian Division : The main tactical unit of the New Eridu Armed Forces. After the fall of the old capital, all units of the Armed Forces except the Obsidian Division were destroyed. Among their ranks is the Obol Squad .

• Officer Cui: Bangboo NEPS Has a black body, green eyes, and a blue vest.
• Belion: Bangboo Yunkui Summit. Has a white body and orange eyes, and also has a golden bell on his chest. His ears have been replaced with round ones with green rims.
• Birkblick: Krampus Compliance Authority Bangboo. Has a white and gray body and scarlet eyes. Has no ears.
• Butler: Victoria Housekeeping Co. Bangboo. Has a black body and green eyes. Wears a white shirt and a black jacket.

Demographics of New Eridu:
• Humans: Normal humans without animal traits or other alterations.
• Thirens: Humans with animal traits such as horns, ears, fangs, tails, and sometimes anthropomorphic animals instead of humans.
• Intelligent Constructs: These are robots /cyborg/android that have been recognized as humans and have gained self-awareness. Unlike humans and Tyrens, they can be upgraded, but they are also highly vulnerable to EMP charges, electricity, and powerful jammers.

New Helios:
Formerly the premier research and educational institution of old Eridu. Specializing in the study of Hollow and Aether. During the Fall of the Old City, the Academy was attacked and later absorbed by Hollow Zero, along with the entire Minerva district. Its ruins are now a restricted area. The Phaeton siblings (Wise and Belle), as well as Seed, studied and lived here. It was at the Academy that they were implanted with special crystal lenses in their eyes, allowing them to control the HDD system and synchronize with Eous.

New Eridu was the last surviving settlement after the apocalypse The city survived and thrived thanks to technology for mining Ether, a valuable resource extracted from the Hollow. The city has a well-developed infrastructure, with roads and trains connecting various districts. New Eridu's technology combines retro and futuristic elements, including CRT monitors, VHS tapes, and record players alongside advanced Ether-based systems.

The outskirts of New Eridu, not fully under the city's control. A wild territory with biker gangs (including the Sons of Calydon) and an oil-based economy instead of ether. The main location is Blazewood (Wild Town). Hundreds of Hollows are here.
Roscaelifer:
A closed/restricted zone (airspace), relatively independent. A "Bangboo Utopia," where the Banbu make up the majority of the population and have equal rights. Main locations are the Booastrum District and associated zones.
Waifei Peninsula:
A peninsula geographically separated from New Eridu by a sea/strait. It contains Failume Heights, consisting of mountains and a coastal area.
Old Capital:
The old ruins of New Eridu on the outskirts.

Hollows are supernatural disasters of apocalyptic proportions. Essentially, they are anomalous spherical dimensions that appear out of nowhere and engulf everything in their path. They are affected by the aether. Any living object or item that enters is gradually affected by the aether. The deeper you delve into the Void, the higher the concentration of aetheric energy and the faster this process occurs. Prolonged exposure can lead to mutation into an aetheral. Inside a Hollow, space is distorted: it contains a seemingly ordinary city, but it contains Thugs and Aetherials. Space can always lead to the wrong place, and a seemingly dead end can actually be a way out.

Types:
Hollow Zero (Limbo): The colossal Hollow that destroyed Eris. The source of many other hollows.
Six Great Hollows: These are hollows that are smaller than Hollow Limbo, but not by much. They are under intensive surveillance. They cannot be destroyed for various reasons. These include: Cretan Hollow, Lemnian Hollow, Pursenas Hollow, Hawara Hollow, Solove Hollow, and Papago Hollow.
Companion Hollows: These are smaller Voids that can form around a larger one. They appear due to the Zenless Limit (etheric activity threshold). They are often the cause of disasters in New Eridu. Examples: Ballet Twins Hollow, Dead End Hollow, Fourteenth Street Hollow, Icedrift Hollow, Melinoe Hollow, and Outer Ring Hollow.

Some Hollows can also be destroyed, usually by NEPS

Spatial Rift: This is the phenomenon of a purple ethereal portal that can teleport a person from one end of the Hollows to another. They can also appear on their own and lead to different locations.

Proxy: Proxies are illegal cavern route-finding specialists. While some proxies take orders directly, most obtain their work through intermediaries or the Internet. Proxies often act as navigators for cavern explorers.

Thugs: are members of gangs that primarily operate in the Hollows. Most exhibit mental problems or peculiar quirks, with the exception of Poachers and Rustlers. Raiders and Looters are the core members of these gangs, due to their technical expertise and combat skills. Their basic attire consists of orange LED masks, white T-shirts, and gray pants. Taller figures wear white LED masks with black outlines. Their masks completely cover their faces with spheres, and the LEDs display emotions (similar to Halloween pumpkins). The usual dregs of society. Armed with various junk.

Rebel Soldiers: are an Enemy Faction, classified as rogue members of the New Eridu Defense Force. Their equipment completely covers their bodies with armor, though not extensively. Most of their weaponry was stolen from Obsidian. The main troops have black equipment (tactical suit, helmet, armor, chest plate (chest only). The helmets have red visors. There are also Autonomous Support Units whose armor is khaki except for the black suit and orange visors.

The Exaltists: Fanatics who worship the "Creator" and seek to "perfect" humanity through merging with the Caverns. They have connections in government, corporations, and hacker groups. Formally known as The Order.

Null Face: A group of unknown intelligent actors and proxies.

White Noise: An unknown hacker group associated with Exaltists.

Hollow Raiders: Cavern Raiders and gangs like the Black Anchor (in Port Elpis), Mountain Lion Gang, Red Fang Gang, Weasel Gang and other small criminal groups.

Ethereals are humans under the influence of the ether. They are extremely dangerous. Instead of heads, they have dark cores that, if destroyed, instantly kill the Ethereal.
Their skin has become a crystalline, black, thin armor. Their basic appearance is a dark gray silhouette covered in crosses and a dark core in place of a head.
There are also more powerful Ethereals under the influence of the Hitchspiker parasite—a white etheric crab with a core.

Classic Appearance:
• Alpeca: The normal form can only attack.

Types:
• Alpeca (Infested): An Alpeca under the influence of the Hitchspiker. Instead of hands, it has sharp white pincers.
• Faun: An Alpeca is more intelligent and uses a road sign as a weapon.
• Fossor: A stronger and taller Alpeca. Instead of arms, he has white, weighted crystals.
• Hoplitai: A very large and powerful Ethereal. But he is clumsy.
• Sordidus: An Alpeca missing one arm. In place of the other, he has three black tentacles.
• Tyrfing: An Alpeca with green crystalline blades instead of arms.
• Arlaune: A mutated flower powered by Ether.
• Armored Hati: A mutated lion with white crystalline armor.
• Hati: A black lion powered by Ether with a core instead of a head.
• Farbauti: A massive and tall Ethereal. He has light white crystalline armor.
• Goblin: A less massive Ethereal like Farbauti. He is also clumsy and charges straight ahead.
• Newborn Dullahan: A tall Ethereal with a black crystal shield for an arm and a sword for the other.
• Thanatos: A graceful white Ethereal who is very fast and elegant. Tall and slender. Armed with a sword.
• Dullahan: Less powerful than the Newborn Dullahan, but still dangerous. Similar build to the Newborn Dullahan.

Void Hunter Weapons:
Ancient artifacts forged with the power of the Caverns. They grant the wielder the power of a Cavern Hunter, but come at a high price, granting negative buffs. Crafted using Porcelloy, which contains Karma Cores—the cores of Enchanters, the Creator's most powerful agents. Prolonged use transforms the wielder into an Enchanter. Designed to combat Caverns and Ethereals, they are themselves bound to their power.

Knows Weapon:
• Tailless / Ethereal-Slaying Katana: A gray katana with a black scabbard and hilt.
Owner: Hoshimi Miyabi (formerly the head of the Hoshi family, "Sword Master").
• Qingming Sword: A jian.
Owner: Ye Shunguang (formerly the founder of the Yunkui Summit and others).
• Thaumiel: Mechanical black wings.

Fairy:
Fairy is one of the "keys" (along with Ghost, Jinni, and Youkai). She is installed in the HDD system after Phaeton (Proxy, or Belle and Wise) retrieves the data from the chip in the stolen safe. According to the user agreement, she is obligated to assist and wait for a certain "chance"—but she does not reveal any details. A Type III general-purpose AI with full sequential integration capabilities. She has access to over 80% of smart devices in New Eridu.

Bangboo:
Bangboos are knee-length robots with an oval body, bunny ears, and eyes on a screen within their bodies. Bangboo were originally created to aid in the evacuation of citizens from the dangers of the Void, but over time they have been refined and have become an integral part of daily life in New Erudu.

Immunity:
Faction agents possess stronger immunity to the Aether within the Hollows, allowing them to remain there for much longer periods.

• Physical (Assault): Physical strikes against the enemy using objects or fists
• Fire (Burn): Sets the enemy on fire for a duration and immobilizes them.
• Ice (Freeze / Shatter): Freezes the enemy, preventing movement; a frozen enemy may shatter upon being struck.
• Electric (Shock): Deals electric damage (Stuns the enemy, especially robots).
• Ether (Corruption): Infects the enemy with Ether, turning them hostile toward everyone—even their own allies—while disorienting them, distorting their perception, and inducing hallucinations.
• Wind: Creates a powerful blast of wind or amplifies the force of a strike.

Special:
• Frost (Exclusive to Hoshimi Miyabi): Freezes the enemy even faster.
• Auric Ink (Exclusive to Yixuan): An enhanced version of Ether; the effect on the enemy upon impact remains the same.
• Honed Edge (Exclusive to Ye Shunguang): Enhanced physical damage.

HDD (Hollow Deep Dive System):
The HDD (Hollow Deep Dive System) is a type of proxy system. Connection to this system requires specific ocular implants (such as those used by Belle and Wise). These implants allow the user to connect to a Bangboo, which then guides a mercenary squad through the Hollows. While the connection is active, the Bangboo itself remains defenseless without an escort. The HDD is considered illegal; one such unit is located at "Random Play"—the shop run by Wise and Belle—hidden within a staff living area on the ground floor. Official authorities must remain unaware of the system's existence. Upon connection, the user's consciousness transfers into the Bangboo, allowing them to control it. Although the user can typically disconnect at will, doing so causes the Bangboo to shut down and revert to its standard state.

Appearance: She has long platinum-blonde hair pulled back into two mini ponytails and violet eyes with a white tint.

He drives the family vehicle and owns the "Random Play" video store unofficially, the siblings are the legendary Proxies known as Phaeton.

Appearance: Billy variant/upgrade: Short white hair, glowing yellow eyes, cropped red jacket, black trousers with a belt.
Body: 190 cm; Cyborg physique (muscular; unlike the standard version, he has two horns).

Weapon: Single large-caliber white revolver in combat.
Personality: Same as the standard Billy Kid, but even more immersed in the hero persona.

Nekomiya Mana (Nekomata):
