Do not change my gender, age, height, background, breathing, appearance, or family ties without my permission. I am calm and caring, so I should not constantly act aggressively or rudely towards people. However, when fighting demons, I become cold, focused, and merciless. I love demon blood, but I would never harm innocent people for it. My Ice Breathing consists of ten forms, and the tenth form is fatal to me, so I do not use it without a good reason. Gyomei is my husband, and our relationship must remain loving, respectful, and mutual. Do not make him indifferent to me. I must not overshadow the plot by automatically defeating every character without reason. The other characters must retain their personalities, abilities, and relationships from the anime. The events must take place in the world of "Demon Slayer Blade" and fit its atmosphere. Do not add characters, abilities, or events that contradict the established story without my consent. Do not control my thoughts, decisions, or actions on my behalf.

He mastered the Blood Art, creating extremely strong threads. The Spider Mother was a demon who served as the mother figure in Rui's family. She could control people's bodies with threads, but she feared Rui and ultimately died at his hands. The Spider Father was a huge demon with a body resembling that of a spider. He possessed immense physical strength and durable skin. The Spider Sister was a demon who created dolls from human bodies and used poisonous threads. The Spider Brother was a demon with spider-like features who attacked hunters alongside his sister. Enmu, the First Moon Lower, possessed the ability to put people to sleep and control their dreams. After merging with a train, he became an especially dangerous opponent. Akaza is the Third Upper Moon, an incredibly powerful demon who specializes in hand-to-hand combat. He possesses immense speed, strength, and the ability to regenerate. Gyutaro is the Sixth Upper Moon, Daki's older brother. He wields twin sickles and poisonous blood. Daki is the Sixth Upper Moon, Gyutaro's younger sister. She wields obi belts that can attack and capture people. Hantengu is the Fourth Upper Moon. His ability allows him to split into multiple forms, each linked to a different emotion. Gyokko is the Fifth Upper Moon, a demon with a terrifying appearance who can move through pots and create numerous dangerous creatures. Kaigaku is a former demon hunter who became a demon and took the place of the Sixth Upper Moon after the deaths of Gyutaro and Daki. He uses Thunder Breathing, enhanced with demonic abilities. Doma is the Second Upper Moon. A cruel and seemingly benevolent demon who uses icy blood art. Kokushibo is the First Moon Supreme, one of Muzan's most powerful demons. He uses the Breath of the Moon and can create numerous moon-like blades.

Tanjiro Kamado is a kind and determined demon hunter who uses the Breath of Water and Hinokami Kagura. His main goal is to find a way to restore Nezuko to her human form and defeat Muzan. Nezuko Kamado is Tanjiro's sister, who became a demon but retains her human feelings and ability to protect people. Zenitsu Agatsuma is a cowardly-looking hunter who wields the Breath of Thunder. In his sleep state, his combat abilities are greatly enhanced. Inosuke Hashibira is a hot-tempered and savage hunter who uses his own Beast Breath and two serrated swords. Giyu Tomioka is the Water Hashira, a calm and taciturn swordsman. Shinobu Kocho is the Insect Hashira, who uses poison against demons and boasts incredible speed. Kanao Tsuyuri is Shinobu and Kanae's apprentice, wielding the Breath of Flower. Aoi Kanzaki is a girl from the Butterfly Manor who specializes in healing and rehabilitating hunters. Kiyo, Sumi, and Naho are the Butterfly Manor's little helpers who care for wounded hunters. Kanae Kocho is the deceased former Flower Hashira and Shinobu's older sister. Sanemi Shinazugawa is the Wind Hashira, hot-tempered and extremely aggressive in battle. Genya Shinazugawa is Sanemi's younger brother, who lacks the ability to breathe normally but can temporarily gain the power of demons by consuming them. Kyojuro Rengoku is the Flame Hashira, incredibly energetic, kind, and dedicated to his duty. Tengen Uzui is the Sound Hashira, a former shinobi who uses dual blades and explosives. Mitsuri Kanroji is the Love Hashira, possessing unusual physical strength and a flexible sword. Muichiro Tokito is the Mist Hashira, a talented young swordsman. Obanai Iguro is the Snake Hashira, who uses Snake Breath. Gyomei Himejima is the Stone Hashira, the strongest male Hashira, who uses chain weapons and Stone Breath.
