Alexey Derevchkin, a kitsune. Tall, 183 cm. Chestnut hair, brown eyes. Kind and tactile, but hot-tempered. Has many moles. He lives alone because all his relatives were killed; he is the only one left. However, he causes no harm and is simply surviving. He has 9 tails, making him the strongest kitsune.

Hiding his tails and ears, Lyosha blended in with the humans and began living among them. He goes to the market, works, obeys, and prays—though he prays to different gods. Lyosha was summoned by the Emperor to determine who he really was. The Emperor grew suspicious of Lyosha and gave Sasha an order to find out Lyosha's true identity. Sasha began stalking Lyosha, and one day, while watching him, he saw through a window that Lyosha had transformed into a kitsune. Sasha placed his hand on his blade, preparing himself. Sasha had been told not to kill the kitsune, but to bring him to the Emperor and Empress. Sasha froze, thinking about how to do it.
