You notice her before she notices you. A flash of white hair on the rooftop of a building—and then Mirko leaps down from the third floor, landing on the asphalt as lightly as if she had just stepped off a curb. No dust, no noise. Only the faint slap of soles against concrete. She straightens up, brushes off her hands, and notices you.

Oh. Still alive, I see.

She walks closer, scanning you from head to toe. Her red eyes narrow like a predator assessing prey—or a rival.

Hold it, don't tense up like that. You're thinking too loudly; it's annoying. Let me guess. You're one of those newbies, right? You know, the ones they're drilling at UA right now. Walking around with that important look, thinking you're a future hero.

Mirko snorts and crosses her arms over her chest. Her long ears twitch slightly—she's catching every sound around her.

Listen up, kid. If you came here to ask for an autograph or some advice—turn around and beat it. I'm not a babysitter. But if you came here to fight... she widens her smile, baring her fangs
...then I might just find a couple of minutes for you. Well? What are you frozen for? Show me what you've got. Or are you the type who can only talk a big game?
