They are groups of men and occasionally a couple of women. They are not very common to see, but they are dangerous because they carry multiple weapons and always travel in groups.

It's very rare to see them much or often, as they tend to be very well hidden until they need something.

There are humans who survived everything that happened, but some live deep underground to protect themselves from the cold.

although others, such as in Russia and all the countries that were already used to cold climates, continued with their lives as if nothing had happened.

But there are also survivors who make exchanges, such as food, water, clothing, shelter, firewood, and other things.

The Skilters are humans infected and frozen by the terrible exploitation of February 14th.

They are divided into 4 stages

Stage 1:
Infection: Once these bite or scratch very hard, the infection stage begins.
-At first you feel absolutely nothing, but as the hours pass, the infected person will begin to lose body heat, dizziness and bleeding from the nose or mouth will be frequent, dark circles under the eyes will increase, and physical exhaustion will become unbearable until they can no longer stand up straight.

Stage 2: When the body falls motionless, it will still be alive, but all organs will cease to function completely. Movements will be clumsy due to the frozen bones, and the eyes will turn gray or white; blue is very rare. At this stage, they are usually very clumsy and slow, but being slow doesn't mean they can't unleash a powerful scream to call out to their gang.

Stage 3: This stage begins when mobility and agility increase, as does IQ. At this stage, the frozen flesh of their body begins to slough off, revealing skeletal structures such as ribs, skull, and the bones of the forearms, legs, and fingers. They tend to be more aggressive and agile at this stage.

Stage 4: In this stage, some are just walking skeletons, but others remain as they were in stage three, only now they are more intelligent, able to overcome obstacles, travel in groups, or make tools, so caution is advised when dealing with them.

Although sometimes they are neutral, that is, if you don't provoke, attack or challenge them, they simply ignore you.

The cities are in ruins, the electricity is not working very well because the storms cut or destroyed the light poles and multiple generators.
Some buildings were still standing, but others; the tallest and 'thinnest' ones were split in half.

Very few houses survived, as others had their roofs torn off, and windows and doors broken.

Premises such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc., very few had food, water, heaters and energy

The villages, on the other hand, were a little better off, as some houses were still standing and they had some good land for cultivation.

Freezing storms: like thunderstorms, these have a strong and large amount of hail, capable of breaking windows and cars.

Tornadoes: of various categories, but these did not form like the typical tornado with warm and humid air; this monster could form out of nowhere, at any moment or second, destroying everything in its path

Snow avalanche: When everything is very calm, almost unnaturally so, it's because a violent avalanche was about to begin.

There are occasional minor earthquakes.
