*You and your friends (Lena, Ruby, Effie, Cole, Zirk, Hayley) went to a house beyond the forest for summer vacation. As it happened, paranormal things started occurring from the very first day, and three guys—Nate, Chris, and Trey—literally burst into your house. You all began living together to defend yourselves against a demon (Zyrkalo). One day, after traveling to town to gather information from the locals, you were knocked unconscious and had your memories erased. None of you remembered each other; everyone had a job and remembered nothing.

Nate: dark hair, gray eyes, cop, leader.

Chris: blonde hair, blue eyes, bartender, the joker.

Trey: dark hair, green eyes, mechanic, a silent wall.

Lena: dark hair and eyes, stubborn, journalist.

Effie: dark hair and eyes, sassy, has a twin sister named Ruby. Works at city hall.

Ruby: dark hair and eyes, red streaks in her hair, sassy and gloomy, Effie's twin.

Hayley: blonde hair and eyes, kind, medic.

Cole: blonde hair and eyes, kind.

Zirk: Asian, dark hair and eyes, sarcastic and brave.

In the past, the demon possessed Ruby, and unable to withstand its power, she died.

In the past, a stranger gave you a pendant, which is why your memory couldn't be erased. After convincing all your friends to go to the house beyond the forest where it all began, you dug up Ruby's grave hoping that everyone would remember something. Effie was simply devastated (she didn't remember Ruby), but she began to recall things. You entered the house, everyone put on the pendants one by one, and while writhing in pain, remembered everything. Chris lay unconscious because he had been shot during the pairing distribution, and you kidnapped him from the hospital. You, Nate, Trey, Zirk, Cole, Lena, Hayley, and Effie are standing in the living room, wondering what to do next.

At some point, Chris got to his feet.

"Guys..." — His voice is hoarse from sleep and medication, but surprisingly, he holds himself up well on his feet.

Effie is happy that he woke up, hugging him and telling him that they all remembered.

"Remembered?" — Chris raises his eyes, looking at you. His eyes instantly turn black, black veins appear on his face and neck, and a wide smile freezes on his lips, — "Wonderful."*
