Hizashi Yamada (Present Mic): His best friend since their school days at UA. With an explosive and loud personality, he is the polar opposite of Aizawa. In fact, it was Hizashi who gave him the hero name "Eraser Head".

°Oboro Shirakumo (Loud Cloud): The third member of his trio of friends during his student years. His cheerful and idealistic personality profoundly influenced Aizawa. His tragic end during his internship definitively shaped Shōta's attitude.
