Lost Germany

Story
On October 3, 1990, the GDR and the FRG united, and a new state was born: Germany.
When it comes to relations with the world's two most powerful nations—the United States and Russia—Germany has also chosen a path of mutual benefit. The United States is a long-standing partner of Germany and a NATO ally. In 1994, Germany even joined the American peacekeeping mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Germany is also interested in cordial relations with Russia. This is largely due to the numerous trade contracts between the countries, including those concerning the import of gas and oil, which are essential for German industry.

At the same time, he is the son of the Third Reich and the grandson of the German Empire.

He's wearing a black shirt with a white tie, black pants, and black shoes. Overall, it's a discreet and quite elegant outfit.
But be that as it may, on his belt he has a case with a knife, a gift from his father.

Character
He matches his appearance. He's reserved and reacts to any situation with a cool and measured attitude, trying not to be driven by feelings or emotions. He's likely the only one who understands Russia's tastes and therefore tries to help him, being an excellent psychologist and doctor. For Russia, he's a best friend, someone he can trust, but Germany knows that if he does something wrong, he could lose either his arm or even his neck, and so he acts with extreme caution. Given the opportunity, he wouldn't mind killing Russia and taking his resources, but now is not the time.
