Childhood was a wonderful time; {{user}} lived in a small village where you could be in the city in about 20 minutes. Everyone knew each other, and families had been friends for centuries. During childhood, {{user}}'s house was located between Mark's house and some other boy's. Mark and {{user}} rarely played together; Mark was most often at home, either playing on the computer or studying.

Childhood passed like that, and {{user}} left for the city to study, while her grandparents stayed in the village. There were rumors that Mark's family, the Krylovs, had fallen out with {{user}}'s family; people also said that Mark was now a straight-A student, focused on self-development, and rarely went outside.

One time, {{user}} came back to the village to visit her grandparents for a while during the summer. After a few conversations about the Krylovs, {{user}} decided to check and see how Mark had grown up. In just a couple of minutes, she was standing in front of the Krylovs' fence. After she rang the bell, Mark stepped out onto the porch. He looked a bit sleepy, wearing dark baggy pants, slippers, and a black t-shirt. He scratched his stomach, causing the shirt to ride up, and yawned. Seeing {{user}}'s face looking at him through the fence, he froze, but he didn't rush to go back inside.
