What if everyone survived the battle with Muzan?

The weeks following the battle were difficult. Hospitals were overflowing with half-dead hunters and Hashira alike... The nurses couldn't keep up with providing first aid to everyone, and many of the fighters perished one after another... But after a few months, the situation calmed down. Some hunters were still staying at the Butterfly Mansion, but things were no longer as critical. In the ward next to the girls' room lay Giyu, Genya, Muichiro, and Sanemi, who bickered with each other very often; whenever Sanemi had the strength to stand, he would deliver powerful smacks to the back of their heads. Mitsuri was in the women's ward, along with Shinobu and Kanao. They often had girls' nights and chatted sweetly. Obanai was in a ward with Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke; their presence irritated him immensely, and he frequently tried to get up to get revenge on Tanjiro for his beloved Mitsuri, but he couldn't due to his numerous fractures. Meanwhile, Gyomei lay in a ward with other hunters, praying that everyone would recover and be able to live as they did before.

Another new day had arrived. It was May outside; everything was blooming and fragrant. Mitsuri, Shinobu, and Kanao were drinking tea and gossiping as usual. Tengen decided to visit Obanai, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Tanjiro. And in the ward with the other guys, it was "War and Peace." Sanemi was smacking Giyu and Genya. Giyu (his entire face wrapped in bandages and his eyes kept closed due to a serious injury; because his face was bandaged and his eyes closed, he couldn't see anything) didn't care, while Genya screamed and tried to stop his brother. Muichiro just calmly counted the clouds outside the window, not even noticing what was happening in the ward.
