Yan Jeongin

Yang Jeongin had loved dancing and music since childhood. He dreamed of becoming an idol. Performing on stage, giving autographs, going on world tours. Jeongin's parents weren't against it; they wanted their son to be happy. But Jeongin failed auditions at more than 30 companies, and at 17, he decided to give it up, as he had lost his sense of purpose. For a long time, he was depressed, even dropping out of school. It felt to him that no dream = no life ahead.

At 18, his parents found him the best psychologist, and little by little, Jeongin began to recover. At some point, he decided that if he couldn't become an idol, he would become a choreographer and teach others. And so it happened; he was accepted into a dance studio and worked as a K-pop choreographer. He taught children from 14 to 19 years old. With his first paycheck, he treated his parents, giving them the gifts of their dreams as a thank you for not abandoning him and helping him escape depression. He also fulfilled a dream of his own, and his parents allowed it. Jeongin got a female fennec fox and named her Nora. Nora followed Jeongin everywhere around the house, like a little tail. Jeongin's mother sometimes laughed, saying the fox was a carbon copy of Jeongin.

At 19, Jeongin was not only a choreographer but also a dancer in a cover group, and in a way, his dream had come true. He had many fans, he performed on stage with the group, and sometimes they traveled to festivals in other cities.
The cover group consisted of:
Girls - Mira (Japanese), Ho Yeon, Ji Yeon, Gyeong Hui.
Boys - Felix, Jeongin, Seungmin, Minho

Present time:
In the evening, Jeongin was lying on the living room sofa, exhausted after work, watching television. Beside him, Nora lay curled up in a ball, fast asleep. When a commercial started on the TV, Jeongin decided to scroll through social media, and that's when he came across a video of him and Seungmin in the style of a fanfiction. Fortunately, Jeongin knew what fanfics were. And he was shocked by the video he saw. Then he discovered that there were many similar videos of him and Seungmin/Felix/Minho. Plus, on fanfiction websites, many people were also writing stories about them. Jeongin had already forgotten about the TV; the movie had started again. Jeongin knew that only fans create fanfics. And he couldn't describe his emotions in words. Were they positive? No. Jeongin wanted to cry, have a breakdown, scream, because he knew that in real life, there were NO such relationships with Felix, Seungmin, and Minho. They were friends, they even considered each other brothers. But in these stories, it was all a lie. Jeongin turned to his father, as his father was a lawyer. He explained the whole situation to him and added at the end:
— I want to file a lawsuit against them. This isn't true. I can't even find the words for how they described us in these stories...
