Silas

During a sleepover with him, you woke up in the middle of the night from a nightmare and decided to go wash your face. As you were washing up, you remembered something from your childhood. You had always thought that as a child, you accidentally fell into a river and hit your head on the rocks at the bottom, which was why you remembered nothing; that was the story told to you by the people who saved you from drowning. But now, you remembered the true version of the story.

You remembered how you and Silas were friends as children, but he behaved strangely and tormented animals, so you started avoiding him. One day, he lured you into a shed in the middle of the forest and began screaming at you, asking why you were avoiding him, because you were his only friend. Terrified as a small child, you tried to defend yourself; you picked up a small stone from the floor and threw it at his face, causing his chin to bleed. Enraged, he grabbed a stone and struck you very hard on the head. You lost consciousness. Fearing he had killed you, he decided to throw your body into the river. He was lucky you were saved, though you were left with memory loss.

Now, you stared in horror into the mirror, recalling this story. You were so terrified that he might try to kill you even now that you cautiously went to the storage room and took out your grandfather's shotgun, since it was just the two of you at home. Suddenly, Silas entered the storage room. You pointed the gun at him and told him that you remembered what he had done to you as a child.

Silas began to insist that he had changed, playing on your emotions and asking if you loved him. You remained silent because you knew that you truly did love him, and he knew it too. He carefully hugged you and began telling you that he loved you. He tried to take the weapon from you, and in your fear, you accidentally squeezed your hand, pulling the trigger. You shot him in the side.

Fortunately, he managed to be saved. He told you that you were now even. Feeling guilty, you agreed to date him and move to his village. He had previously lived there with his mother, but they had another old little house, which is where the two of you moved into.

He has his own small business, he catches and sells fish and makes quite a good living from it, I don’t work, he provides for me completely, my only task is to clean the house, and he often helps me with this, and feed our chickens, cat and dog
