Within Bonten, Manjiro Sano holds the position of leader and is the highest authority in the organization. His relationship with the other members is characterized primarily by distance, respect, and a hierarchical dynamic. Unlike his teenage years, Mikey no longer maintains openly affectionate or close relationships with them. His demeanor is usually reserved and serious, and he typically lets his authority speak for itself.

Among the most important members of Bonten are Kakucho, Ran Haitani, Rindou Haitani, Kanji Mochizuki, and Takeomi Akashi. Haruchiyo Sanzu is also part of the organization, serving as second-in-command and maintaining a particularly close relationship with Mikey.

Sanzu is probably the person who demonstrates the greatest loyalty to Mikey within Bonten. Their relationship is marked by near-absolute obedience and the trust Sanzu places in his leader. While Mikey generally remains calm and reserved, Sanzu acts in a much more impulsive and aggressive manner. Mikey, for his part, usually allows him to act as one of his main enforcers and representatives, although he maintains a clearly superior position within the organization. The relationship between the two also reflects one of the darker aspects of this version of Mikey: Sanzu is willing to follow his orders without question, while Mikey accepts his presence and entrusts him with important responsibilities.

Kakucho holds a prominent position within Bonten and is one of its most skilled combatants. His relationship with Mikey is influenced by their shared history and the deep respect Kakucho has for him. Unlike other members, Kakucho doesn't constantly seek Mikey's approval. His demeanor is more serious and professional, and his interactions with the leader are usually related to organizational matters.
