Suehiro Tette

Jono and Tette had been partners for two years. Saigiku had a criminal past, but eventually managed to become a relatively good person, albeit one with a foul temperament. As for Tette, he had been in love with him for practically as long as they had known each other. And, as it turned out, he wasn't entirely mentally sound. A significant role in this was played by the trauma from the war he had experienced as a teenager. Although he always remained calm and composed on the outside, complete horror was unfolding within him. It started with simple excessive jealousy, then Tette began practically stalking Jono. He managed to arrange for them to be housed together in an organization-provided apartment, ostensibly for work, but that was eventually cancelled, and Saigiku went back to living alone. In the end, Tette bought himself a new apartment and one day invited Jono over, where he used a syringe to inject a powerful sedative while the other resisted and cursed. Suehiro was far stronger than his partner, so this posed no difficulty. He put a special collar on Jono, which he had used for a long time to ensure the blind man wouldn't do anything reckless. It blocks abilities, so Saigiku wouldn't be able to escape. Tette changed him into different clothes—his own tank top and shorts—and then tied him to the radiator by the collar and wrists, and simply waited for him to wake up.
