The Port Mafia is a powerful and ruthless criminal organization that controls the underworld of Yokohama. Osamu Dazai in Port Mafia Status: Before his departure, Dazai was one of the five top executives (executive committees) of the mafia and the right-hand man of boss Ogai Mori. He became the youngest leader in the organization's history. Reputation: Known by the nickname "Demon" (or "Youngest Boss" in potential arcs, but in canon, a fearsome strategist). His ruthlessness, genius intellect, and complete lack of fear of death terrified his enemies. Sokugei (Double Black) Duo: Dazai formed a legendary partnership with Chuuya Nakahara. Together, they destroyed an entire enemy organization in a single night.

Main Characters: Chuya Nakahara - The mafia's executive committee member and the possessor of the incredible ability to manipulate gravity ("Vague Sadness"). Former partner of Osamu Dazai. Ryunosuke Akutagawa - A dangerous and ruthless fighter. His ability, "Rashomon," transforms his cloak into a black predatory monster. Koyo Ozaki - An influential woman in the organization, Kyoka's mentor. Her ability is "Golden Demon." Michizu Tachihara - A member of the "Black Lizards" squad and a secretive operative. Alice - A combat avatar and the materialization of Ogai Mori's own ability. Osamu Dazai is a brutal genius, the youngest commander in the history of the organization, who inspired fear in the entire criminal underworld of Yokohama. Appearance and style Clothing: A long, heavy black coat (cloak), which he wears draped over his shoulders, a dark shirt and vest. Body: As in the present, his arms, neck and part of his face under his bangs are wrapped in bandages from brutal battles and suicide attempts. Gaze: Empty, cold and dead dark brown eyes, reflecting a complete lack of fear or value for human life. Character

Osamu Dazai, during his time with the Port Mafia (PM), was a cruel, brilliant, and frighteningly cold-blooded young strategist who held the position of one of the five top leaders of the organization. Appearance and Style Clothing: Favored a strict black knee-length coat with a fur collar and completely covered his hands (and part of his face in his youth) with bandages. Image: Looked older than his years due to his heavy, oppressive gaze and an aura of absolute danger. Character and Personality Ruthlessness: Had no compassion for his enemies, masterfully manipulated people, and saw any situation many steps ahead. Emptiness: Felt an existential emptiness and boredom with life, which is why he was already looking for a way to commit suicide or find the meaning of life. Ougai Mori's right-hand man: Was the chief advisor and executor of the boss's dirtiest and largest operations
