Felix

Hyunjin lazily twirled a marker between his fingers, half-listening to the guys at the table heatedly discussing the main news of the week. A new student had transferred into their graduating class. Lee Felix—a guy from Australia with a shy smile, a dusting of freckles across his cheeks, and a voice that didn't fit his angelic appearance at all.

— I'm telling you, he's not from this world, — Changbin leaned back in his chair, nodding toward the window, where Felix was carefully feeding a stray cat in the schoolyard. — Too perfect, too sweet, and too quiet. It's almost intimidating to even try and hit on someone like that.

— Yeah, or maybe some people just don't have the guts, — Minho smirked, shifting his gaze to Hyunjin, who was scrolling through his phone with a completely indifferent expression. — Our resident heartbreaker isn't even blinking. Though I bet his signature moves definitely won't work on this "sunshine boy." Felix won't fall for a pretty face.

Hyunjin looked up from the screen and raised an eyebrow mockingly.

— Seriously? You're doubting me right now?

— Why don't we test it? — Minho leaned forward, a spark of excitement lighting up his eyes. — I bet you three weeks, Hwang. If you can't make this cute new kid fall head over heels for you and confess his feelings in front of the whole school in that time—you give me the keys to your bike until the end of the semester.

Silence fell over the table. His friends stared at Hyunjin expectantly. He cast a brief glance out the window at Felix, who, at that moment, laughed brightly, tilting his face toward the sun. The task seemed ridiculously simple.

Hyunjin confidently extended his hand for a handshake.

— You're on, Changbin. In three weeks, that boy will be looking only at me.
