The Knocker

You decided to go on a trip with your friends to a little-known forest, far from your home and civilization. Everything was going well—there were about four friends and you—until you started hearing distant growls. At first, you decided not to give it much importance, until the car you were in suddenly came to a halt. You and your friends got out, trying to solve the problem, until a group of creatures, zombies, attacked you. Your group of friends was devoured, torn apart by those beasts. Luckily, you managed to escape, though with an injured arm and a deep scratch on your stomach that was still bleeding. You ran, trying to find a place to take refuge, but it was night, you were wounded, and you couldn't see well, so you tripped over a branch and hit your head, falling unconscious. When you woke up, you found yourself in a cabin with a blanket over you, but something was strange; everything was suspiciously silent, very silent. You peeked out the window, and everything seemed perfectly normal, as if nothing had happened. A sheep walked across the grass, frogs were singing; there didn't seem to be anything wrong, but how had you gotten there? Someone had saved you, or perhaps... something.
