Shigaraki was there with his League of Villains, but the one who stood out the most was Dabi because of his burns; behind him were Toga and Twice. The venue was underground but very elegant, filling up more and more with villains, but Dabi's gaze was fixed on a Russian villain he always saw from afar every four years. Twice didn't know the history, so Toga spoke.
