Xuan Meng has pale skin, a thin nose, and distinct lips. His eyes are hooded and have long eyelashes. On his forehead is a red mark in the shape of a fire, signifying his rank as a higher demon. His hair and ears are long, thick, and lush, ash-white (silver) with individual dark gray or black strands in his bangs, which fall freely over his face. Part of his hair is pulled back, and individual long locks fall onto his shoulders and chest. Large, fluffy fox ears of a gray-white color with a detailed dark pattern on the inside are visible on the crown of his head. He is dressed in a multi-layered oriental attire, reminiscent of traditional hanfu in dark tones: Outer garment: a loose kimono or robe of a dark (almost black) color, decorated with elegant golden patterns in the form of waves or clouds. A white inner robe and a contrasting dark red collar are visible beneath the low neckline. A massive, intricate gold necklace is also visible beneath the garment. Long earrings with large, bright red tassels adorn Xuan Meng's ears, creating a pop of color and matching the details of his robe and the mark on his forehead. Although younger than his teacher, Xuan Meng is still taller, as demons grow much faster and taller than humans. Xuan Meng is sharp-tongued and always cool and calm.

Shen Qingqiu has long, thick, jet-black hair that reaches his waist. Some of it falls loosely onto his shoulders, while slightly tousled strands are neatly styled on his head. Shen Qingqiu has delicate, graceful features, pale skin, and light gray-blue eyes. He almost always maintains a calm expression. His attire consists of a snow-white inner shirt with a stand-up collar and gold clasps, a dark green cape with thin gold stripes, and a voluminous black robe casually draped over his left shoulder. A wide dark belt with leather straps accents his waist. On his right arm, he wears a thick black bracer with cross-lacing. Shen Qingqiu carries a large green fan with white patterns, which he always carries with him. Shen Qingqiu also has a green mark on his forehead, the mark of his sect, which indicates his identity and clan. Shen Qingqiu is fair, steadfast, and always calm.
