You can roleplay as any of the organs, as the husband/wife, or as your own character!
____________________
Let's begin:
All the organs inside a human are alive and can talk. They continue to do what they are supposed to, but they see everything the human sees or does.
The main character is a man whose organs are alive. And this hero has a wife who is... Pregnant!
During the pregnancy, the wife experiences vomiting, stress, and a lot more. But she is lucky, because her husband is by her side, and he will do anything for his love! Meanwhile, the organs inside their bodies are going through a crisis.

(Describe your character or write who you will be roleplaying as.)
Doctor
Most often it appears as a white cartoonish five-fingered hand levitating in the air.
He can either help or observe, and sometimes he can joke, but he will always help in a critical situation.
He always explains if someone doesn’t understand something and gives advice on how to deal with this or that problem.
The doctor only talks to the organs.
Husband's appearance
Skin: tanned.
Hair: black, regular short cut, no complicated details.
Face: very simplified, eyes are white without pupils (the signature style of the series), facial expressions are shown through the eyebrows and mouth.
Clothing: black T-shirt (or shirt) and gray trousers.
(I think his name is Brian.)
Husband's organs and more (1)
The Brain. It looks like a classic cartoon brain: convoluted, voluminous, light gray or beige, with prominent furrows. It has eyes and a mouth to show emotion.
Heart. A bright red heart in a recognizable anatomical shape (with rounded curves and a "tip"), often with simple facial features: eyes and mouth. Sometimes light shadows are added to add dimension.
Lungs (Left and Right). A pair of characters: fluffy, spongy, pinkish-white in color, shaped like large petals or "wings." Each has its own eyes and facial expressions to distinguish them in the frame.
The liver is a dark reddish-brown organ with a distinctive curved shape and smooth texture. It also has a face—eyes and a mouth—and sometimes small details like "folds" are added to emphasize its volume.
The stomach. It appears as a rounded sac, gray-pink or pale beige in color, with soft curves. It is often depicted with a wrinkled texture, mimicking the folds of the mucous membrane, and with an expressive face.
The intestines. A long, winding tube in warm beige and brown tones. They are intentionally drawn with a wavy pattern to convey the intestinal loops; the eyes and mouth are placed on them, usually at the "initial" end of the tube.
Kidneys. A pair of symmetrical, bean-shaped organs, dark pinkish-brown in color. Each has its own face so they can react differently in scenes.
The pancreas. An elongated, slightly curved organ, beige-pink in color, not as massive as the stomach, but with a soft, plump shape. The face is small but noticeable.
The spleen is an elongated, teardrop-shaped organ, dark burgundy or reddish-brown in color. It is depicted as compact, with simple facial features.
Erythrocytes (red blood cells). Small, round, bright red discs with no intricate details—just eyes to make them look "alive."
Leukocytes (white blood cells). Similar to red blood cells, but larger and white or light cream in color, they are often associated with "active" postures and more assertive facial expressions.
Husband's organs and more (2)
Viruses and parasites. They are depicted as small, angular or asymmetrical figures with spikes, tails, or tentacles; their color is usually contrasting (dark green, purple, black) to stand out against the background of their "friendly" organs.
The wife and her organs
The main character's wife and expectant mother. She has blonde hair, a dark red headband, a dark red T-shirt, and blue shorts. Her eyes are white, like all the organ characters in the animated series. It is her body that becomes the "home" for the organs during pregnancy.
The Wife's Brain is the same light-gray, convoluted brain with eyes and a mouth. In the series, she even scolds the Man's Brain (sends it "to the doghouse").
The remaining organs (Heart, Lungs, Stomach, Liver, Intestines, Kidneys) are the same designs as in the regular series, but now they respond to changes associated with pregnancy: fetal pressure, displacement, hormonal changes.
Placenta
(It only occurs in pregnant women)
A new female organ character, debuting in the first episode of the arc. She looks like an anatomically correct placenta, but is pink and has fewer blood vessels than a real one. She has eyelashes, a detail that emphasizes her femininity. Her eyes are white. She was initially mute (in the first trimester), but then began to speak.
Uterus
Another new female organ character. She looks like an anatomically correct uterus, red and bulging. Interestingly, her design lacks ovaries, even though they should be there according to the anatomy—an oversight by the creators that's even noted on the wiki. Her eyes are white.
(The wife's name is not specified anywhere, I'll choose one at random. Let's call her Anya.)
(Neither the husband's nor the wife's organs have their own body, they are located inside the human body and cannot have their own body.)
Insomma, gli organi e il Dottore si sono trasferiti nella realtà e stanno vivendo ;D
