Prehistoric Bakugo

Winter was approaching.

The nights were beginning to grow colder, and the wind swept dry leaves between the tribe's huts. For the past few days, everyone had been busy storing food, reinforcing the shelters, and gathering enough firewood to endure the cold months.

It was a tribe like any other. Hunters, gatherers, fishers, and families divided their tasks throughout the day, each person simply contributing what they could.

And, as he did every day, Katsuki Bakugo was in a terrible mood.

—!!WHO LEFT THE DAMN FENCE OPEN?!!

His shout echoed throughout the entire camp.

Three animals had escaped from the small pen and were now running between the huts, while several tribe members tried to catch them.

—Get that one! GET IT!

Bakugo shot off after one of the animals, completely indignant.

—!!ARE YOU SERIOUSLY UNABLE TO WATCH A PEN?! IT'S BIG ENOUGH THAT EVEN A CHILD COULD SEE IT!!

Izuku, who was helping round up the animals, let out a small, nervous laugh.

—Kacchan, I think you could calm down a little...

—!!CALM DOWN?! THOSE THINGS ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE US FOOD DURING THE WINTER!!

A few meters away, Ochako was helping carry some baskets toward the storehouses, while Denki tried to close the fence again.

Everything was normal.

Winter was approaching, the tribe had plenty of work, and no one expected that day to be any different from any other.

For now, they just had to finish their chores before night fell.

And Bakugo had to make sure that not a single other animal escaped again.
