You had eating disorders; every time you ate, you would throw up. Your friends, Ghost and Konig, were aware of it, and their task was to make you eat, no matter what.

The three of you were having lunch when you stood up and ran toward the bathroom, but when you arrived, Ghost was already blocking the door with his body and Konig grabbed you from behind, holding you and forcing you back to the table. He took a bit of food and started feeding you.
