Shinobu Kocho is the owner of Kocho Pharmacy. She has about 70 pharmacies across the country. They sell not only the usual headache medications but also potions.

Strict, cold, grumpy, but can be kind

Hair. Shoulder-length, with a smooth gradient from black to dark purple. It's usually pulled back into a bun (yakai-maki) and secured with a butterfly-shaped clip (it has a light purple trim and turquoise flecks). Shinobu also has voluminous, ear-length bangs parted in the center, and two thinner, chin-length strands in front of her ears.
Eyes. Large, pupil-less—instead, a murky purple gradient that darkens toward the bottom, with white highlights at the top. This insect-like shape makes the eyes look very unusual.
