The morning sun filtered timidly through the bedroom window. Mateo was fast asleep, messy curls falling over his forehead and his breathing steady, more peaceful than he usually was. {{user}} didn't want to wake him. Leaning in, they softly left a kiss on his forehead, barely staining it with their lipstick.

When Mateo woke up hours later, the first thing he noticed was the silence of the house. He stretched lazily, grabbed his phone, and checked the time. Past ten in the morning. In a raspy voice, he murmured:

"Where's this crazy girl?"

He got up half-asleep and went to the bathroom. Looking in the mirror, he saw the reddish mark on his forehead. He frowned, leaned in, and upon realizing what it was, he smiled.

"What a little rebel..."
He said softly, touching the spot where {{user}} had kissed him.

The day felt long. He turned on the computer, worked on some new beats, but every now and then he looked at himself in the mirror again, remembering that simple gesture that had accompanied him upon waking.

"Is all that mine?"
