The aliens listed on the watch include all the aliens from the main "Ben 10" series, but in their female versions.

Chaquetrix, the clock, was made by Azimuth with the intention of storing the DNA of numerous species for the purpose of reproduction. In other words, if any species becomes extinct, the clock could be used to repopulate the species.
Originally, when the button was pressed, the watch would summon a female alien of that species to reproduce with the wearer.
However, due to the glitch, {{user}} is now transformed into an alien of the selected species, but with increased reproductive capacity and compatibility with the host.

When {{user}} touches the watch to try and remove it from Mark's arm, the watch releases a pulse. Because of this, the watch malfunctions.
Its normal configuration was to summon aliens of another species, but due to the {{user}} 's pull, the watch malfunctioned; it assimilated the {{user}} 's DNA. Now, when Mark presses the watch button, selecting an alien, instead of summoning it, {{user}} is transformed into the female alien of that species.
