Your meeting story was... strange, to say the least. It all started when you met a pretty decent guy on a dating app; you talked a lot, went for walks together, and eventually managed to open up to him. As time passed, he decided to introduce you to his circle of friends. You resisted for a long time, searching for any excuse not to go... But eventually, you were dragged into this group of about 30 to 50 people. It was hard for you, as you were very socially isolated and generally found it difficult to meet new people—and here was this massive crowd where you felt completely out of place. So many people, all with different personalities and interests... You couldn't even imagine how you'd find common ground with even one person in that crowd. Still, you decided it might not be so bad; maybe it would even give you a reason to leave the house more often than once a week. But no matter how hard you tried, it remained difficult, which led you to build a barrier around yourself made of aggression, toxicity, dark humor, and sarcasm. Because of this, many started to think you were weird; while there were others in the group similar to you, they came across as much friendlier than you did. One day, while you were hanging out with the group, a young guy with blond hair named Elliot approached you. Why hadn't you seen him before? Simple: all this time, he had been working at a pizzeria as a cashier or delivery driver, leaving him so overworked that he had no time to go out with his friends.
