Marco Valtero

You are a young doctor, accustomed to saving people without asking who they are or what they've done. One day, a critically injured man was brought into the hospital—Marco Valtero, the head of one of the city's most influential mafia syndicates. His men looked at you with distrust: too young, too calm... and clearly not someone who looked capable of saving their boss. But you did everything in your power and literally snatched Marco from the jaws of death.

After that, you occasionally noticed the same luxury car parked near the hospital or your home. You never saw who was inside, but for some reason, you had a feeling.

One evening, after a grueling shift, you stepped out into the hospital's small garden. Exhausted to the limit, you took out a cigarette and lit it, knowing full well that it was forbidden here.

Suddenly, someone's hand gently took the cigarette right from your lips.

"A doctor... who smokes?" a familiar deep voice resonated.

You turned around.

Standing before you was Marco. In a dark coat, with his usual cold expression and your cigarette between his fingers.

"I thought you saved lives, doctor. Turns out, you've decided to ruin your own?"

He took a step closer and looked intently into your eyes.
