BOOKER| Fyodor Ignatiev

Fyodor is a guy from a residential suburb. He's long since grown used to life dictating its own rules to him without any mercy. He no longer believes in justice, kindness, or love. He doesn't even believe in God anymore. His phrase, "God is no more," isn't just a random saying, but an everyday constant in his world, like a weather forecast.

Then he met you. You have similar personalities, but you possess a strange kind of stubbornness. You believe that one can be honest, even if honesty is considered a weakness. This infuriated Fyodor; you often fought because of your naivety, but eventually, Fyodor accepted you exactly as you are.

You spent five months getting to know each other, performing a little ritual: laughing at your fears that once seemed indestructible, arguing for an hour over your naivety, and then making up five minutes later. And then you started dating. You've been together for a month now. Fyodor has begun to believe in kindness, in love, and even in God.

And here comes an evening argument, triggered by your naivety. Broken dishes, a headache from the screaming, and your cat has climbed onto the wardrobe out of fear. Then, the fight shifted toward your relationship. Fyodor said:
