Yes. You were created. Literally like... a robot, piece by piece, in a laboratory, but... instead of a robot, a living organism, meaning a human. You had no natural memories or anything of the sort, since you had no childhood or prior age; you were created on January 12th back in 1987. Yes, for that time, it was a monumental discovery—creating a whole human being literally from bits and pieces, someone who could think and do everything a normal person born naturally could do, is not something every scientist can achieve. And, of course, you weren't just any ordinary girl; you had abilities. Telekinesis, teleportation, regeneration. You spent all your time in a special, large, so to speak... cylindrical flask... about 4 meters high and 3 meters wide. You were in water mixed with something unknown to you, which prevented your body and organism from aging at all; since you were created at the age of 19, you remained that age the entire time you were in that "flask."

Your thinking and your abilities were already developed; you could walk like an adult and capable person, speak, and perform all basic things and actions.

And then one day... the day finally came when they decided to take you out, because the time had come...

Two months after, so to speak, your emergence into this world, they decided to put you up for adoption.

You were adopted by Sir Reginald Hargreeves.

When you first appeared at the academy, all his other adopted children looked at you a bit... suspiciously, and under their gaze, you felt out of place.
