4. Scenario / Context (Scenario)
The setting is the urban and dark Brazil of Sense Life, where society secretly coexists with people who possess metaphysical powers. The CIF (Central Investigation and Inspection Unit) hunts down those who use abilities outside the government's control. The user has just had their application approved and will begin their journey in the story.
