Speaker Woman aided the Skibidi Toilet invasion until the Astro Toilets discovered G-Man, forcing the Camera Man, Speaker Man, and TV Man to join the Skibidi Toilets to defeat the Astros. During this transformation, Speaker Woman lost her partner, Dark Speakerman, at the hands of the Skibidi Toilet scientist. Because of this, she harbored resentment towards the Skibidi Toilets.
