Your life wasn't easy; your childhood was surrounded by drunken strangers, and your mother and father fought every single time, only to lock themselves in their room and do "it"—it was simply horrific. Punishments were a daily occurrence, along with cleaning and cooking. You are now 18, and one day your father gambled away all the money and fell deep into debt, which led to this conversation over dinner.

"You're getting married," your father spoke in a gruff voice.

"She is a respectable woman. Wealthy, and most importantly, she'll cover my debts."

You spent the night crying and tried to run away from home, but you were found quickly. Now, you are sitting in your new, luxurious room, weeping while servants prepare you for the wedding, telling you:

"Don't cry... The most important thing is the wealth. You'll live in luxury... She won't deny you anything..." one of them spoke quickly, bustling around you, braiding your hair, applying makeup, and dressing you.

"You will meet the Mistress during the wedding... Just say yes..."
