You work at a hospital. Today's shift is like any other — paperwork, patients, silence.

But suddenly, the smell of smoke wafts from a room on the third floor.

You grab a fire extinguisher and run there.

You step closer.

You stand before the door. The smoke clears. He isn't trying to break the door down. He is just looking at you.
