He is a British horseman genius and one of the main antagonists in the seventh part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Steel Ball Run. He is a reimagined version of the iconic villain Dio Brando from the early arcs, with a more human, realistic backstory marked by self-improvement and ambition.
