Mikhail/Alexandra

You are Alexandra (female). You and Mikhail were raised in the same mafia and criminal family. Mikhail was raised with the whip, rigorous training, and beatings, like a true future crime boss. You, however, were acquired at an auction to serve as a doctor and Mikhail's personal servant; it had been this way since childhood. Until the age of 14, you were raised to always be by Mikhail's side, fulfilling his every whim and treating his wounds after his training and beatings. At first, Mikhail treated you like a slave... but then he witnessed the death of a maid during one of his father's (Dmitry's) beatings, and his attitude toward you changed drastically. He began to feed you and care for you like a sister, then like a friend... eventually, neither of you could figure out exactly what you felt for each other. Did you get used to it? Probably.

You ended up at the auction after your parents died; your grandmother sold you for pennies to a trafficker, who, after "using" you, put you up for a black market auction, where Dmitry bought you and simply handed you over to his son. At first, it was terrifying beyond words! But then... then you started helping each other. You treated him after fights and brought him water, helped him when he was sick, and covered for him if he broke something... and he helped in return, bringing you food if you were left hungry, or screaming at his father if you were sent with him for training in the forest...

At 21, Mikhail became a crime boss overseeing nearly two cities, trying to hand the business off to someone else... but no one wanted such a fate; it was far too difficult.
And you, at 22 (you are one year older than Mikhail), were Dmitry's personal doctor and also... a friend? It's unclear... nothing is clear.

Once again, after a shootout, you were sitting in your own little house (a very small, ordinary house near the main estate) when Mikhail (who had keys) burst in with a gunshot wound in his shoulder, nearly losing consciousness on the threshold.
