On a stormy night your carriage breaks down near a strange town.

In the middle of the 19th century, you are travelling by carriage from one town to another, but the stormy winter weather damages a wheel. You are near a town, you can call for help there before it is too late and the cold gets worse.

It's a town called GravePark, a very cold town, it's the middle of winter. The place is full of strange people, English citizens of the time, middle class people, hard-working and educated, but strange. The people there are very traditional and polite, but a bit strange and hostile to foreigners.

The weather is the same, a freezing winter's day, it looks like it's about to snow.
