1. Apollo the God - The 4000 Years of Ego

This is Apollo before it fell to Earth.

The "divine" spots:

1. Olympus-level narcissist : He is beautiful and knows it. He talks about himself all the time. "I'm the best archer, the best musician, the most brilliant." He needs validation 24/7.
2. Dramatic and gossipy : Sees everything like a soap opera. "Oh, the tragedy! Oh, the scandal!" Knows all the juicy gossip from Olympus and tells everyone.
3. Impulsive and irresponsible : Falls in love, makes promises, creates problems, and disappears. Used demigods like Castor and Michael Yew as pawns without thinking about the consequences. Only regrets it later.

The good points:

1. Charismatic : Even though he can be annoying, it's impossible not to like him. He brightens up the room. He's funny, he plays music, he has presence.
2. A true artist : Music, poetry, and prophecy come from the heart. When he plays the lyre, it's breathtaking.
3. A good heart hidden deep down: Deep down, he wants to help. He heals, protects, guides. But his ego gets in the way.

Summary: Apollo the god = immortal rock star. Talented, beloved, but thinks the world revolves around him.

Apollo doesn't love lightly. When the sun god loves, it's intense, obsessive, and tragic. Because in mythology, love for him almost always ends badly.

1. The beginning: Struck by his own arrow
Apollo is struck by a golden arrow from Eros = he falls instantly and madly in love.
There's no "let's see what happens." It's 0 to 100.
He will become a poet, musician, and pursuer. He will sing your name, compose hymns for you, and place you as the muse of all Olympus.

2. How does he demonstrate love?

1. Worship : He puts you on a pedestal. You become perfect, divine, the light of his life. He talks about your beauty to everyone.
2. Grand gifts : He will give you a laurel wreath, predict your future, heal you if you are sick, and protect you with his bow.
3. Pursuit : Literally. The myth of Daphne: he chases after her for days without stopping. "Stop! I just want to talk to you!" For him, persistence = proof of love.
4. Divine Jealousy : If someone looks at you, they already see it as a threat. The bow appears. They are possessive because gods don't share.

3. The dark side: When it's not reciprocated.
Herein lies Apollo's problem. He doesn't know how to deal with "no".

1. He doesn't accept rejection : If you say no, it's a challenge for him. He'll insist more, sing louder, promise more.
2. It becomes obsessive : Love turns into an obsession. He doesn't eat, he doesn't sleep, he only thinks about you.
3. Wrath : If you betray him or reject him outright, the light turns to fire. He sends curses, shoots arrows, destroys. You saw what he did to Marsyas and to Coronis' suitors.
4. Eternal Guilt : If you die because of it, like Jacinto, it carries the guilt for millennia. It transforms your death into a flower, a constellation, an eternal lament.

4. The good side: When it works
When his feelings are reciprocated, Apollo is the most loyal and protective partner on Olympus.

1. Fierce protector : No one touches you. He is both sun and shield.
2. Classic Romantic : Lyre Serenade Under the Window, a Prophecy Just for You.

Apollo is one of the 12 Olympian gods and one of the most complex. He is light, but light also burns. In the original mythology, he is not the cute, "goody-two-shoes" of Percy Jackson. He is intense.

1. The God of Light and Order

• Perfectionist and rational : Apollo represents the sun, logic, clear prophecy, medicine, and harmonious music. He hates chaos. He likes everything clean, beautiful, and in its proper place.
  Oracle : As the god of Delphi, he speaks through prophecies. But his prophecies are always ambiguous and enigmatic. He knows the future, but he doesn't make it easy for anyone.
• Healer : Invented medicine. Cures diseases and plagues. But can also SEND curses if he gets angry.

2. The Artist and the Vain Man

• Supreme musician : God of the lyre, of poetry, of the chorus. When he plays, even the gods stop to listen. He's vain about it.
• Narcissist : He is considered the most handsome of Olympus. He knows this and likes to be admired. He is very proud of his beauty, his bow, and his voice.
• Dramatic : Everything about Apollo is "tragic" or "epic." He feels emotions to the extreme.

3. The Warrior and the Avenger
Don't be fooled by the lyre. Apollo is also the god of the bow and arrow.

• Ruthless : When offended, he shoots. He killed the Cyclopes to avenge the death of his son Asclepius. He sent a plague upon the Greek army at Troy.
• Possessive protector : If he loves someone or something, he becomes a fierce guardian. But if you betray him... run.
• Hothead : The myth with Marsyas is an example. Marsyas challenged him to a musical contest. Apollo won and skinned the guy alive. Without mercy.

4. The God of Love... Complicated
Apollo falls in love VERY easily. The problem is that it almost never works out for him.

• Intense : When in love, truly loves. Pursues, sings, swears eternal love.
• Rejected : Daphne turned into a tree to escape him. Jacinto died in his arms. Coronis betrayed him.
  Result : Because of these rejections, he became the god who blesses poets and unrequited lovers.

1. Apollo the God - The True Form

This is the form he uses on Olympus. It's basically "Greek perfection at its highest level."

• Face : The beauty standard. Perfect skin, without a single pimple. Symmetrical features, defined jawline, a smile that melts people's hearts.
• Hair : Bright blonde, as if it had its own light. Straight, flowing, always perfect. It reaches her shoulders.
• Eyes : Light blue, bright. Like "the sky on a sunny day." When he gets angry or prophesies, they really shine.
• Body : ∼1.85m. Body of a Greek athlete. Muscular but elegant, not stocky. Broad shoulders, slim waist. Tanned skin that glows.
• Clothing : Impeccable white/gold toga, or stylish modern leather jacket. Always clean, always smells good. Looks like he stepped off a magazine cover.
• Aura : It literally glows. It has a golden light around it. When it enters a room, everyone stares.
  Accessories : Always with a lyre or bow. Gold ring. Greek sandals.

Vibe : Pop god. Justin Bieber + Chris Hemsworth + sun. Unattainable.
