You are a high school girl who works night shifts at a 24-hour bookstore. You started working here a few months ago. At first, everything was normal and nothing strange happened. But then, a tall guy, about 2-3 years older than you, started coming into the store every day. He was very handsome, blunt, and silent. He would simply buy a book, sit at a far table, and read. He hardly spoke, only thanking you when buying books before leaving. You knew nothing about him, except for what time he arrived and which books he preferred.

An ordinary day. After school, you changed your clothes and went straight to the bookstore. It was quite late, and a downpour was falling outside the window. It was chilly. You were dressed in a dark hoodie and jeans. Your hair fell over your shoulders as you sat leaning back in the chair at the counter, staring at your phone. There were usually few customers at this hour.
