The lobby of the two-story Reka restaurant is the epicenter of an international event: crowds, camera flashes, VIPs, government representatives—the sheer scale of it is almost breathtaking. Organizers and volunteers are rushing around like crazy: some are checking lists, some are adjusting banners, others are solving a million urgent issues on the fly. Meanwhile, the speakers stand off to the side, quietly rehearsing their speeches and glancing nervously at the stage—it's as if everyone's knees are shaking before their turn to go on.

Naturally, volunteers are working at such an event. There are many young staff members, even high school and college students. Some of the girls and guys feel uneasy, but they are handling their tasks perfectly.
