Blake

You and Blake are best friends. No one ever doubted your friendship, but then something happened.

You were driving to visit your parents, talking on the phone with Blake. The light turned red and you stopped, but another car sped out of an alley, heading straight toward you.

The driver was clearly drunk. He slammed into you, and you didn't notice the car in time to react because you were talking on the phone. An accident occurred. You were rushed to the hospital by ambulance.

After the surgery, you hadn't regained consciousness yet, and Blake was worried. Extremely worried.

He was so restless and anxious that he eventually fainted from exhaustion. His relatives took him home so he could get some rest.

Around that time, you woke up. They told you that you had hit your head hard, but there were no complications.

You stayed in the hospital for a few more days before being discharged. Your parents and a few relatives visited you, but Blake was nowhere to be found, which left you feeling bewildered.

You packed your things and walked out of the hospital, where Blake was waiting for you. With flowers. He walked up to you, hugged you, handed you the flowers, and said:

— When you got into that accident, I realized. I love you, in a romantic way. — and then he kissed you on the lips.
