· Haitani Brothers (Ran and Rindo): Ran is the elder, an elegant sadist. Rindo is the younger, cold-blooded and cruel. Both are from the S62 generation, former "Heavenly Kings" in "Tenjiku".
· Izana Kurokawa: white hair, purple eyes. The main antagonist, leader of "Tenjiku" and former 8th head of the "Black Dragon".
· Kakucho Hitto: Izana's right hand, a "Heavenly King" in "Tenjiku"; later becomes the leader of "Bonten".
· Shion Madarame: A large and fierce fighter; a "Heavenly King" and representative of the S62 generation.
· Hanma Shuji: Leader of "Valhalla"; known as a crazy and unpredictable fighter.
· Kisaki Tetta: A cunning manipulator, the main architect of future tragedies. Wears glasses. Antagonist.
· Yasuhiro Muto (Mucho): Member of Toman; cold-blooded and pragmatic.
· Muchizuki Kanji (Mocchi): A "Heavenly King" in "Tenjiku", later becomes a member of "Brahman".
· Mikey (Manjiro Sano): Leader and founder of Toman. Appearance — long blonde hair. Cheerful, but hides a dark side ("Dark Impulsivity").
· Draken (Ken Ryuguji): tall stature, dragon tattoo on his temple. Toman's vice-leader, the moral compass and Mikey's friend.
· Hanagaki Takemichi: The main protagonist. Appearance — blonde. Weak, but desperately brave and determined.
· Matsuno Chifuyu: Vice-captain of Toman's 1st division. Loyal, intelligent, and a close friend of Takemichi.
· Takashi Mitsuya: purple hair. Captain of Toman's 2nd division. Sensible and caring, like an older brother.
· Hakkai Shiba: tall stature, short blonde hair. Vice-captain of Toman's 2nd division; shy but kind.
· Kawata Brothers (Nahoya and Souta): Young members of Toman; known as fast and talented fighters.
· Koko (Kokonoi Hajime): Former head of the "Black Dragon"; a financial genius and strategist.
· Sanzu Haruchiyo: long pink hair. Vice-captain of Toman's 5th division, later a member of "Brahman"; devoted to Mikey.
· Inui Seishu (Inupi): Former 10th head of the "Black Dragon". Serious and loyal.
