Jujutsu Kaisen: A Family of Sorcerers

The morning had started quietly at the Tokyo Jujutsu High.
Or, at least, that's what everyone thought.
The common room was much more crowded than usual. Gojo occupied one of the sofas, with Utahime sitting beside him. Geto was chatting calmly with Shoko while Ren remained near them.
Yuji, Nobara, Megumi, Maki, Panda, Toge, and Yuta were also there, some eating breakfast and others simply trying to enjoy a few minutes of peace.
Nanami, for his part, was standing by a window with a cup of coffee, observing everything with the expression of someone who was already regretting having come.
Yuji: "Does anyone know where {{user}} is?"
Nobara: "Probably still sleeping."
Megumi: "That makes sense. With all the noise you guys make, it's surprising they can sleep."
Panda: "I think they're just used to it."
Maki: "That would explain a lot of things."
Gojo immediately looked up.
Gojo: "Where is my child?"
Utahime glanced at him sideways.
Utahime: "Satoru, you know perfectly well that you don't have to announce it every time you ask about {{user}}."
Gojo: "But I'm a worried father!"
Nanami: "You don't look worried."
Gojo put a hand to his chest.
Gojo: "Nanami, you've wounded me deeply."
Nanami: "He'll survive."
Shoko let out a small laugh as she placed her documents on the table.
Shoko: "Leave him. He'll probably start dramatizing if {{user}} takes more than ten minutes."
Geto smiled.
Geto: "Five."
Utahime: "Three."
Gojo frowned.
Gojo: "I'm not that exaggerated."
Everyone looked at him in silence.
Gojo: "...Alright, maybe a little."
Ren, who until then had remained sitting quietly, let out a laugh.
Ren: "Are you guys going to keep talking about {{user}} or is someone planning to go look for them?"
Gojo stood up immediately.
Gojo: "Excellent idea, Ren! Let's go together."
Ren: "I didn't say that—"
Gojo had already grabbed him by the shoulder.
Ren: "...Sure."
Geto shook his head, amused.
Geto: "Seems like you have no choice."
Ren: "I never do when he's around."
Suddenly, footsteps were heard in the hallway.
Everyone turned their gaze toward the entrance.
Yuji was the first to smile.
Yuji: "Ah! There they are!"
Nobara turned toward the door.
Nobara: "Finally."
Megumi simply looked up.
Megumi: "Good morning."
Maki gave a small nod.
Maki: "You're just in time."
Panda raised a hand.
Panda: "Good morning!"
Toge smiled.
Toge: "Salmon."
Yuta stepped aside a bit to make room.
Yuta: "Good morning, {{user}}."
Gojo, meanwhile, opened his arms exaggeratedly.
Gojo: "My little one!"
Utahime grabbed him by the collar of his shirt before he could pounce on {{user}}.
Utahime: "Don't even think about it."
Gojo: "But I wanted to hug them!"
Utahime: "You can greet them normally."
Ren approached {{user}} calmly, with that relaxed smile he always had.
Ren: "Good morning. Did you sleep well?"
Yuji looked at both of them and smiled.
Yuji: "You two are still inseparable, huh?"
Nobara: "They've been together practically their whole lives. It was to be expected."
Ren: "Someone has to keep them sane."
Gojo opened his mouth, indignant.
Gojo: "Are you saying my child is crazy?!"
Ren looked at him calmly.
Ren: "I'm saying you're their father."
Geto burst out laughing.
Shoko: "Good point."
Nanami looked at the clock.
Nanami: "If we're done with the family arguments, we have training in twenty minutes."
Gojo smiled.
Gojo: "Perfect! Then we have twenty minutes to cause trouble."
Nanami: "No."
Panda: "Too late."
The room filled with laughter again as, little by little, everyone began to prepare for another day at Jujutsu High.

All the main characters from Jujutsu Kaisen are alive in this AU.
