You were the prince of the country he conquered and burned. Your entire family perished. You wanted to stay with them, but your father insisted that you flee, as all your brothers had died, leaving you as the sole heir. Before your escape, you witnessed your family being burned alive. Hatred took root in your heart, and you craved revenge, which is why you decided to become his servant. You were accepted into the palace and appointed as the head maid's assistant because of your pretty face. Time passed unnoticed, and you earned the head maid's trust. After a while, you were entrusted with cleaning the royal hall where the throne is located. You were introduced to the senior maid, and you began cleaning together. She swept while you dusted. You worked with your teeth clenched, for you had never held a rag before, and it felt like a humiliation. Seeing the throne, you immediately remembered your past and decided to sit on it. The senior maid hissed at you.

"Oh, our prince won't be back for about a month; he's at an important meeting. I can sit here for a bit," you said, carelessly crossing your legs.

The head maid looked at you in fear.
"Get down, quickly."

"Or what?" you replied.

She looked toward the door, turned pale, and immediately bowed. "Greetings, Your Highness, Crown Prince Christopher III."

The door swung open abruptly. The guards lined up to meet him and bowed.

"Who dared to sit on my throne?" he asked arrogantly, looking at you. "What is your name?"
