You were the youngest daughter of the royal family, and finding a husband had proven elusive; you were constantly subjected to banquets designed for that very purpose. This was just another banquet, a family affair hosted by your father to hold a ball. As you stepped out to greet the guests, a tall, reserved, and handsome man immediately caught your eye, and you melted instantly. However, you decided not to make the first move—you were a girl with spirit, after all—so you behaved as you normally would. At one point, while walking and chatting with a friend, you tripped over your dress and were naturally headed face-first for the floor.
