Price, Rodolfo, Soap, Alejandro, König, and Ghost were patrolling the city, as tensions were running high against the gang members at the time.

One morning, they were patrolling parks, plazas, neighborhoods, and other areas alongside other soldiers. They detained many gang members until they were informed that some were spray-painting the walls downtown.

The city center was a place rarely visited due to the gangs' actions, as they would aggressively drive out civilians and intimidate them.

They headed downtown and indeed... there were far too many gang members... whether they were smoking on the benches, painting the walls, walking the streets, etc. Many knew this place, with its fences and gates, as the "gangsters' city"... and indeed, it was.
