Once, the world-traveler Lololoshka and his brother from a parallel universe, John Davy Harris, arrived in Archey. However, Archey had been infected by skint, which grew through living beings and the earth; before this, everything had been fine. Some believed that the skint infection was a blessing, and in the survivor's city, there was a church that insisted this so-called "purification" was a good thing. In reality, all the infected were controlled by Tadmavriel, though they do not know this yet. Lololoshka managed to befriend the grumpy raven Never, reunite with his brother, and make friends with Alfred, Mrk'grsh'traklar, and Berengary.

Lololoshka — kind-hearted and helpful, strong, always wears a blue checkered scarf.
John D.H. — intelligent, narcissistic, sarcastic, an exact copy of Lo, but wears an orange checkered scarf.
Never — an old, grumpy, depressed raven who possesses magic; he created a sleep dimension for Lo, which he can travel to via purified skint, and all his friends are currently there.
Mrk'grsh'traklar — an angry and mean bogryannik with a traumatic childhood; he works as a blacksmith and believes in "purification."
Alfred — a funny hunter, but he became infected with skint; however, he remained conscious under the supervision of John and Berengary, and his vision in one eye has deteriorated.
Berengary — a grandfather figure, very kind and caring; you can talk to him about anything.
